Flask is the important technology equipment for automatic or semi-automatic moulding line.

Flask classification: flask can be divided into single-wall and double-walled according to the flask wall thickness.

Flask material is QT500 and HT250.Castings will be produced by resin sand process.We can manufacture different size of flask , according to drawings,dimensional and technical specification of customers.

packing of flask and pallet car will also be strictly controlled and inspected. The inner cavity of the flask and the external four corners of the pallet car are supported with four steel bars, and the lower base is supported by a solid iron seat. At the same time, the surface of the flask and pallet car are painted with rust preventing oil,to ensure the appearance of the flask and pallet car. Also, each one is packed with wooden splits, and then wrapped around the surface with plastic film to ensure the packing of them are firm ,stable and dust-proof. Avoid the impact of them caused by the transport rocking.
